These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Techworm Vending LLC's smart vending machines, website, and services. By using our machines or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Service

Techworm Vending LLC operates AI-powered smart vending machines that allow customers to tap or insert a card, open the machine, select products, and be charged automatically based on items removed. Machines are located at various partner venues.

2. Purchases & Payments

• All sales are final. No refunds are issued for items that have been removed from the machine.
• If you were charged for an item you did not take, or experienced a transaction error, contact us within 48 hours at support@techwormvending.com or call 412-779-9809.
• Prices displayed on the machine screen at the time of purchase are final. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We accept credit and debit cards and contactless/tap-to-pay methods. Cash is not accepted.

3. AI Vision Technology

Our machines use AI computer vision to detect which items are removed. This system is not infallible. In the rare event of a detection error resulting in an incorrect charge, please contact our support team and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

4. Food & Beverage Products

• Fresh food items are supplied by Bloom Fresh Food LLC and are clearly labeled with ingredients and expiration dates.
• It is your responsibility to check labels for allergen information before consuming any product.
• Techworm Vending is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to read product labels.
• Do not consume expired products. If you discover an expired item in the machine, please notify us immediately.

5. Machine Use

• Machines are for customer purchases only. Tampering, vandalism, or attempts to obtain products without payment are strictly prohibited and may result in criminal liability.
• Do not force the machine door open or attempt to manipulate the AI detection system.
• Techworm Vending is not responsible for personal items left near or inside machines.

6. Website Use

Content on techwormvending.com is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techworm Vending LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our machines, products, or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our machines or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS messaging from Techworm Vending, you agree to receive text messages from us at the phone number you provided.

1. SMS Consent Communication

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Techworm Vending, you may receive messages related to the following:

• Conversational purposes — including sales follow-ups, service coordination, and customer support.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
